The Non movement to stop recording (secs) config does not seem to be working. Changing it has no effect on the min duration of a recording.

steps:

1. change Non movement to stop recording (secs) to 60
2. save config
3. reboot

when motion is detected the capture stops after only about 15 seconds. Am i doing something wrong or is this a bug?
