4844-devnet-6 specs #5041

https://notes.ethereum.org/@bbusa/dencun-devnet-6

Only listing things not in devnet-5, which Nimbus already more or less successfully participated in, modulo block proposing. Also not listing anything speculatively in devnet-7.

• Please ensure that there is a way for us to specify the file through a runtime flag such as --trusted-setup-file (or similar). If the file is baked in during compile, please ensure that the flag would indeed override the file; implemented by add ability to load KZG trusted setup via hidden, potentially temporary runtime flag #5075
• The c-kzg trusted setup file has been updated since devnet 5. Please make sure you use the correct values. This can be found here; implemented by bump vendor nim-kzg4844#11 and bump nim-kzg4844 to f8b78edcc8296f412c2593e6d60f47c77aa421c5 #5073
• Consensus Specs @ Commit 0682b22 aka v1.4.0-alpha.3 implemented by use v1.4.0-alpha.3 consensus spec test vectors #5063
