Bugfixes:

• Reworked the inital sync logic (no longer waiting for 20 packets for preset Name syncs but a definite ACK message for final confirmation)
• Preset Names are now showing * if the preset has been changed on the device before a sync

New Features:

• Spacebar has been defined as global tap tempo key, so you can set the tempo no matter which module is currently selected (except when in input fields)
