Merges part of #1764.
detachNodeFromParentper child, collect the children and remove them all at once after we've finished iterating.path2jsifattributesAreEqualwasfalseanyway. Before we'd assign this boolean, runpath2js, and then throw it away if it wasfalse. ^-^'In the specific SVG I was testing against, this improves speeds by 6-8%. However, this has a negligible impact on our overall regression test times.
