Tip

1. Place wlocrun.cmd somewhere on the system drive
2. Using the context menu on any "webloc" file, select Open With
3. Scroll to the bottom of the prompt and select "Choose an app on your PC"
4. Locate the wlocrun.cmd and select Open
5. Select Always
6. Do whatever you wish with wlocconv.cmd, it can be used from any directory as needed
