A JavaFX desktop app that helps uni students get answers to their academic and admin questions, even at 2am when nobody's around.
What it'll do:
- 🔐 Login/register (students & admins, different access)
- 🎫 Submit support tickets and track them through to resolution
- 📧 Get email updates when ticket status changes
- 📚 Browse FAQs so people stop asking the same 10 questions
- 🤖 Chat with an AI bot (LangChain4j) when you just want an answer right now
- 💾 Works offline too since everything's stored locally in JSON
