Farm2Fork is an Agritech web platform that bridges the gap between small-scale farmers and consumers by eliminating middlemen. Built with Django, this marketplace enables:

• 🚜 Farmers to list produce, manage inventory, and receive direct payments
• 🛒 Consumers to buy fresh, traceable farm products at fair prices
• 📦 Integrated logistics for farm-to-doorstep delivery tracking
