Update submodule documentation links and README structure

Documentation links for all submodules now point to their respective module-specific sites using a consistent URL pattern. Removed outdated and duplicate links, commented out platform-specific download URLs, and updated installation instructions to require jamovi >= 2.7.2. README and NEWS reflect these changes for improved navigation and user experience.
