The first line added by my changes is Files Stored in JOBDIR, which introduces the new section explaining the files stored in the JOBDIR directory.

It is not. You are adding another line earlier.

Ah, you’re right — I see now that the first line I added is actually nano docs/topics/jobs.rst, which was added by mistake. I’ll remove that line from the commit and update the PR. Thanks for catching that!
