remove forked bootstrap3 theme

Figured out a better place to put my theme changes,
```files/assets/css/custom.css``` is the better place.

upgrade metadata on legacy (HTML) posts

Nikole 7.4 complained that it didn't like the old metadata format but
provided a nice cleanup script. This is the output of running "nikola
upgrade_metadata"
