Description

In src/speakerAttribution.ts, participant name matching uses string comparison that fails for names with Unicode characters (e.g., Chinese, Arabic, Hindi characters). These participants are attributed as "Unknown Speaker".

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Join a Google Meet with a participant named "王伟" or "محمد"
  2. Start transcription
  3. Their speech is attributed to "Unknown Speaker"

Suggested Fix

  • Use localeCompare() with sensitivity: 'base' for name matching
  • Normalize Unicode with String.prototype.normalize('NFC')
  • Test with participants across multiple scripts
