Calculator for pediatric medication dosing of several medications. Created for my own personal use in clinical practice for easy and accurate dosing based on weight of pediatric patient. This is available to anybody but please read warnings on home page if you decide to use this. When finished the prescriber will simply select the medication, then select the available potency, then select the dosing guide, then enter the weight in either kg or lbs and click submit. The final result will be accurate dosing of the selected medication. This will encompass only the most common medications for pediatric patients used in general practice.
