去除了scheduler项目NPE，删除了父类，获取依赖在各个子类中使用SpringContext方法获取。
其他：
1.将主项目依赖统一在父pom进行版本管理。
2.升级了zk client,curator
3.修改了JSONHelper，将早期包去掉。
4.编写了docker测试部署文件，但未引入maven插件。
