Currently, AIChat has a rule: when the temperature/top_p value in role/agent/session is null, it takes the value of the global temperature/top_p.
This rule is clearly inappropriate, see #1332.
Therefore, the following modifications are made: if the temperature/top_p value is null and the model field in role/agent/session is null, then take the value of the global temperature/top_p.
