release: pin brackit 1.0-alpha2 (release) for sirix-1.0.0-alpha16#1007

Flip the brackit dependency from 1.0-alpha2-SNAPSHOT to the released 1.0-alpha2 (int/double comparison fix, brackit #96) so the sirix-1.0.0-alpha16 Maven Central release does not carry a SNAPSHOT dependency.
