A user in Discord pointed out that the existing pruning logic isn't cleaning up transfers in the
Rejectedstate. This is because the existing logic to prune errored transfers only cleans up transfers in that specific state.This PR updates the existing errored transfer cleanup logic to include additional states, and adds a new
Failedsetting that can be used to clean up any unsuccessful transfer.
