That covers boards from Raspberry Pi, FriendlyElec, Khadas, Radxa, Texas Instruments, Banana Pi, Orange Pi and others. Linux distributions and commercial products build on Armbian for stable, vendor-independent support they don't have to maintain themselves.

A small core team and the wider community put tens of thousands of volunteer hours into it every year — kernels, bootloaders, firmware, build infrastructure and documentation.
