Hi, I’m Ignacio.

I am a software engineer. I build open-source tools, especially around databases, programming languages and systems programming.

I build things I want to use and share them for others to use, improve and learn from.

What I am working on

DBFlux: An open-source desktop database client built with Rust and GPUI. It brings together SQL and NoSQL databases into a single application, focusing on performance, a clean interface, and keyboard-first workflows. I want to create a single fully open-source client for all the databases you use every day.

Your support allows me to spend more time developing and maintaining these projects, as well as offset the costs of infrastructure and development.

This means new features and also the not-so-obvious work: investigating bugs, improving documentation, reviewing contributions and making existing functionality more reliable.
