[Feature] : please add a chat in-city #122

What problem does this solve?

Being able to talk to other developers in the city would help those who are struggling.

For example, I might not understand why something isn't working—whether it's related to GitCity or something else—and if the other dev has the time and inclination, they might help me out.

Proposed solution

can tou add it somewhere?

i click on chat, read the security guideline, and then if i want i chat.
