Listing files without --max will now return all files.

Listing files with --max should now return the correct amount of files.
Directory upload on windows should now work.

New quota option to show drive space usage.

Added --bytes flag to info and list to force file size in bytes.

New --include-docs flag to include google docs in listing.

New --format flag to download google docs in a specified format. Formats depend on doc type. Known formats: docx, xlsx, pptx, odf, ods, pdf, rtf, csv, txt, html, json.
