This repository contains the data and code related to analyzing Slideseq data via Gaussian Processes.

• Synthetic_data.ipynb - Stripes, darts, synthetic cropped puck, actual counts over cropped puck.
• Slide_seq.ipynb - Current version of Colab notebook.
• data/ - Synthetic and actual counts of 20 genes over a cropped piece of a cerebellum puck. The full data for puck 180819_12 can be found at gs://slideseqdata.

• Plotting code for output of Poisson(WF) GP model
