(Mac App) Analyze reports 2.28 TB in a folder on a 994 GB disk (folder size larger than the disk) #1728
In Analyze, a project folder shows "27 items, 2.28 TB", and its .claude subfolder shows "About 2.25 TB". The same screen's header says "Used 901 / 994 GB", so the folder size can't be right.
The .claude folder holds several dozen git worktrees of one repo (.claude/worktrees/*). Each one has its own node_modules, Rust target/ and Next.js .next build folders. I suspect Analyze counts shared data more than once: symlinked or hard-linked node_modules, and APFS clones, which share disk blocks but each report their full size. I haven't confirmed which of these causes it.
Steps to reproduce
Have a folder with many git worktrees of one Node/Rust project (each with node_modules, target/, .next/).
Open Mole and go to Analyze.
Browse to the folder that holds the worktrees.
See a folder size above the disk's total capacity (2.28 TB on a 994 GB disk).
Expected behavior
I expected Mole to report the space the folder really uses on disk. Hard links and APFS clones should count once, and symlinks shouldn't be followed. A folder should never show more than the volume's used space.

Before submitting
I updated to the latest stable Mole Mac app, reopened it, and reproduced this problem (or this report explains why I cannot update).
