After several re-runs all the checks have passed finally. I cannot remember that Cats was that flaky a year ago or so. Definitely, there was a great flakiness introduced to the Cats tests just recently.

Was it all Scala Native? That's the only place I've noticed.

The first failure of this PR that I noticed was in FutureSuite, but on JVM πŸ€”
