This PR adds a comprehensive migration guide to the Typst 0.15 changelog. This guide explains in detail what changes you may need to make to your existing documents to ensure compatibility with Typst 0.15.
Previously, we've had migration guides (less detailed ones than this one here) in the release announcements blog posts, but the changelog seems like the better place for it.
