Previously, it has been unclear how to access the local copy of the documentation during development. This change adds a note to the README explaining how to do so.

Hooray 😜 Finally figured out how to access the local development version of the docs.
This change adds a note to the README explaining how to do so.
The previous instructions in the README about the
/srcdirectory are no longer relevant, so I have tried to think of a reasonable update for that line. Happy to change if needed.
