feat: display the IoU or OKS between two instances in GUI #2816

When proofreading, it can be difficult to decide on values for --filter_overlapping. In the attached screenshot, I'd like to tune my filter to remove the green instance (instance 2, centroid score 0.59), due to its overlap with the red instance (instance 3, centroid score 0.95).

However, in order to choose appropriate arguments for --filter_overlapping_method and --filter_overlapping_threshold, I basically have to guess what the IoU and OKS is for this pair.

It would therefore be great if there was a way to select two instances in the GUI and report their IoU and OKS.
