I am a recovering academic, smoothly interpolating from computational chemistry to protein design with structural biology in between. I also develop ML models of protein sequence --> developability for antibodies, with a focus on avidity models for multi-specific antibodies. I also dabble in systems biology models (ODE reaction networks). All recent work is in industry and so only exists in private code-bases. Here you can find some of my past work in molecular modeling and structural biology.

Techniques I use most frequently: Bayesian inference, Markov-Chain-Monte-Carlo, Protein Language Models.
