Description:
Adds a Recent Events section to the service details page that shows the 5 most recent events from the alert log (any alert owned by the service).

This is intended to help debugging issues, especially "duplicate suppressed" messages which would previously require the user to open all active alerts and look at their individual logs.

• Note: the log entries are clickable and take you to the alert
