Update changelog files to reflect release history for textx-ls-core and textx-ls-server packages and the textX VS Code extension.

Added:

  • version 0.2.0 to all changelog files
  • version 0.3.1 to client (VS Code) changelog

Changed:

  • release dates of some versions
  • remove 0.1.0 version and merge its content into version 0.1.1 in client changelog

Removed:

  • version 0.1.2 from LS core changelog
