Gourmet is not actively maintained and thus possibly breaks with too recent systems. Gourmand is a fork where the Flatpak build should work and which does still receive maintenance from time to time. (Disclaimer: I am one of the current maintainers for Gourmand.)
OK thanks, i have installed Gourmand, works fine
I moved to Debian Trixie (13) and i could found Gourmet app in the "Debian store".
I try to install the last version from thinkle/gourmet, using install instructions, but it failed with flatpak.
I download the pack gourmet-2db9db8f.flatpak : OK
when i run flatpak install instead to ask me for the runtime, i produce an error
I was using gourmet for many years, probably an old version from Debian 12 package, so of course i backup my old database (nothing is loose), but i "need" Gourmet ;-)
