Describe the issue

For SB3 systems, the SOC reserve setting is showing 0 %

Reproduction steps

For SB3 systems, the SOC reserve setting is showing 0 %
This was correct before Anker introduced cloud support for Solarbank Multisystems, which no longer allow this setting per solarbank, but only share a common setting for all Solarbanks in the system. This common setting is no longer reflected correctly in the device statistics, that can be queried with the scene info.
Correct settings can still be queried per device for owner accounts, but members would have lost their view on the actual setting.
