I am unsure how to build or test this

Can you elaborate more on this please? We want to improve the dev experience, we want to know what the pain points are. We've identified some, but I'd love to have your opinion.

If it was about running the CI on github, right now that has to be manually approved by one of the repo maintainers.

Just working through the process, unfamiliar tools and techniques. (e.g. we use poetry, i had never seen uv, just, tests that run inside the container etc).
I'll work through it.

@donbowman Are you going to continue working on this soon?
