Here is a small project I started to:
- provide a demonstration of the Mermin–Peres Magic Square quantum game.
- learn how to use the VueJs framework
- learn how to do “server-less” interaction between multiple clients (we just use a signalling server from socket.io, and then clients connect in peer-to-peer). To that end, I use the RTCMultiConnection library.
WARNING: the game is still in beta and has not yet been tested a lot. Notably, sometimes clicking on “apply the quantum strategy” does not do anything and I’m not sure why (and I’ve no time to debug it right now). Also, I think to remember that rarely the quantum strategy is failing, but it may actually be related to the first issue (or maybe I did a stupid mistake in the math, either I forgot a minus or I forgot to apply a transpose).
There is also quite some work to do on the design (I was also learning how to use quasar).
The demo is here. Open it at least two times, one per player. The players can be on different computers/networks. There is maybe an issue with local networks and MacOs that tries to be a bit too drastic in term of security, but this must be confirmed).
Otherwise, you can download this project and open index.html on your browser at least two times, one per player and that’s all.
