Zed extension: Sync or replace internal TOML grammar with upstream Zed definition #1516

Currently, Tombi maintains its own TOML grammar definition, which appears to be outdated compared to Zed's official definition.

This brings up a couple of thoughts:

1. Should we establish a routine to periodically sync our grammar with upstream?
2. Alternatively, could we drop our internal copy and directly rely on the grammar definition provided by Zed's official TOML plugin?

Given that the official Zed TOML plugin has recently removed Taplo, the two should be able to coexist nicely without any conflicts now.
