It was not clear if visualizerFile option of cpptools extension has any effect on linux. Explain more precisely what is the difference regarding natvis framework, when debugging with cppvsdbg and cppdbg configuration types. Provide a direct link to documentation. Clarify where exactly to report feature requests for gdb/lldb support improvement.
