物种基因组丰度相似性circos弦图，对比基因组相似性，可以将需要对比的基因组文件（.fna格式）和对比目标基因组文件分别放置在不同文件夹，通过运行脚本，生成对比图（png，svg，PDF格式）以及ANI对比表格（csv格式）。另有两个json格式文件，记录我们的基因组之间相似度大小以及相似位置长短以及偏移位置；生成json的另一个目的是可以在脚本中修改简单的绘图参数后，通过json文件快速重绘图片，避免微小修改耗费大量时间重绘。详细见脚本及READ.md文件
