This repository contains scripts to collect data from the fitbit API and a notebook containing my analysis of this data.

In my second-year Master’s project, I used a Kaggle dataset to perform KMeans clustering based on physical activity and sedentary behavior. I analyzed cluster stability with transition matrices and explored differences in other variables, like sleep quality, using Python 3.12 in Jupyter Notebook.
