This was created during my research project to evaluate spectroscopic measurement data.
Official implementation for paper "Nitroaromatic explosives detection and quantification using attention-based transformer on surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy maps"
Code for processing either Raman or SERS maps. Includes baseline correction, peak comparison, and post processing anaylsis.
