This repository provides a systematic implementation and evaluation of advanced statistical measures for data repeatability, grounded in the methodologies outlined in "Statistical Analysis of Data Repeatability Measures" by Wang et al. (2020). It focuses on applying and extending metrics such as discriminability, fingerprinting, and rank sums

This project delivers a time series analysis and short-term forecasting of daily UK Covid-19 case counts using ARIMA models, based on data from January 1, 2020 to June 14, 2020. All analysis was conducted in IBM SPSS, aiming to assess stationarity, build a parsimonious ARIMA model, and forecast cases for the period 15–21 June 2020.
This repo is related to our benchmark entitled: "Decoding the microbiome-metabolome Nexus: A Systematic Benchmark of Integrative Strategies". We provide code to integrate metagenomics and metabolomics data to answer a variety of questions: such as global associations, data summarization, individual associations and feature selection.
This repository contains an implementation and analysis of simple and multiple linear regression using Python. Combines scikit-learn for modeling and statsmodels for statistical inference, with Binder integration for reproducible execution.
Call-center discrete event simulation project mostly done using numpy and simple data structures.
A open source multi arm bandit framework for optimize your website quickly. You’ll quickly use the benefits of several simple algorithms—including the epsilon-Greedy, Softmax, and Upper Confidence Bound (UCB) algorithms—by working through this framework written in Java, which you can easily adapt for deployment on your own website.
