This Python script is an Antibiotic Resistance Analysis Tool that helps analyze antibiotic sensitivity data from Excel files. It calculates the individual effectiveness (susceptibility percentage) of various antibiotics and the combined effectiveness of antibiotic pairs, including confidence intervals for both.
