This is work in progress. It turns out, removing the log compilers is not so far off. Feedback welcome.

In this order:

  • remove log compilers scripts
  • remove special naming/handling for FAPI tests (streamlines FAPI test execution in vscode)
  • add tcti-start-sim to start simulator (mssim/swtpm) (e.g. start-sim:swtpm)
  • add tcti state backup/restore (needed for e.g. test/integration/fapi-second-provisioning.int which tears down fapi/tcti context and then reinits)
    • in the process, I moved tcti-related util stuff to test/integration/test-common-tcti.c
