Good morning - I'm a new user...so the question may be a bit stupid, but the home page says:
LRCGET will scan every files in your chosen directory for music files, then and try to download lyrics to a LRC files having the same name and save them to the same directory as your music files.

...but I don't see that. What I think I'm getting is an sqlite3 database being created with the lyrics in there. Is there something I am missing? The only option I can see for the lyrics 'output' in 'settings' is to embed the lyrics in the original track data (which I have unchecked).

I've used this app for a while, but since the 2.0 update I also haven't been able to find where files get saved to. I noticed on the 2.0 release page it talks about using a new format called "Lyricsfile" which is YAML format, but that doesn't line up with what you saw about a sqlite3 database so it makes me confused. I haven't personally been able to locate either a sqlite or a YAML file.

I'd have hoped for some way to have the app save the standard .lrc file format, since I would prefer to keep using those rather than the new lyricsfile at least until more of the tools I use have native support for lyricsfile.

I was looking around in the issues more, and I found this response from the developer: #330 (comment)

These were the main points I took away:

To get it to save .lrc files into the same directory as the music, click the "Export" button. It's to the right of the "Download all lyrics" button.
In a future version, there will be an option to make this happen by default when downloading lyrics.

The sqlite3 db for me is here: ~/.local/share/net.lrclib.lrcget/db.sqlite3
I'm not overly technical, but I looked at the DB and wrote a bash script to extract the plain text and time synched lyrics and compare those to my existing lyrics files and augment what I have already.

My LRCGET version is 2.10 - and the help from it shows:
LRCGET --help
Database file path: ~/.local/share/net.lrclib.lrcget/db.sqlite3
[DB Init] Current user_version: 15
[DB Init] Migrations applied successfully. New user_version: 15

I just discovered this problem too. It was the previous behaviour that the lyric files are being created after download, and now I was wondering where all the new lyric files were... turns out, just saved internally and removed after a refresh for whatever reason.
