What does this PR do?
This PR adds an option to disable the “Demo” section on the Traefik Dashboard.
Motivation
I recently updated my Traefik version and saw this new section so I wanted to know if there was an option to disable this but I couldn't find one so I searched among issues on the project and saw (#12250).
