I'm currently a Senior Software Engineer at CoverGo, working on the Distribution platform — a multi-tenant system that lets insurers configure, manage, and deliver products to end clients. I've owned modules end-to-end (Party Management, Quote/Policy lifecycle, Channel Management), set platform fundamentals (monorepo, tenant isolation, CI/CD, cloud-agnostic deploys), designed customer-journey orchestration on Temporal, and built an Underwriting AI Agent with LangChain / LangGraph.

These days most of my energy goes into agentic AI: building my own agentic coding harness, authoring custom Claude skills and MCP servers, and getting serious about agent evaluation and observability — OpenTelemetry GenAI conventions, Langfuse, and audit-grade tracing. I care about clean interfaces, tight build-and-test loops, and chasing the bottleneck.
