This PR fixes crashes caused after the model generates certain tool calls, and also when the telemetry is unable to detect an agent loop.

Changes Included

• Removed left-over print statements
• Added --prompt to agent.cli
• Replaced pyautogui in computer-server with pynput for the keyboard controller (better results when typing multi-line strings)
• Fixed anthropic loop not transforming some tool calls correctly
