Back from the brink

• Updated all the databases to Dec 2025 (if changed since 2019)
• Fixed database update code with @fmaguire
• Moved TRAVIS to Github Actions CI - thanks @fmaguire
• Switched to perl File::Fetch instead of LWP::Simple
• Improved docs
• Add flag to use %IDENTITY instead of %COVERAGE in summary table by @boasvdp in #173
