The visual world is an editor's research notebook: warm paper, graphite ink, restrained correction red, fine rules, and generous reading space. It should feel archival and precise, not nostalgic or decorative.
Newsreader is the display and reading voice. IBM Plex Mono is reserved for commands, measurements, and metadata. Warm ivory, charcoal, and brick red form the palette. Borders organize evidence; containers never substitute for hierarchy.
Motion is limited to one page-load reveal and functional hover/focus feedback. The report remains completely self-contained and uses local fallbacks. The landing page may load its two chosen web fonts and the compressed paper texture.
