What happened?

机械硬盘，装在硬盘盒里，主板微星H610M-E
1.1.16版本安装进移动硬盘，安全启动关闭，提示安装成功但是无法启动，一启动就显示Ventoy grub is not launched by Ventoy shim，GPT和MBR都不行，分区文件系统都是NTFS
安装老版本1.1.12就没问题
