I am a research scientist at the UK Centre for Ecology and Hydrology. My work is focused on quantifying and monitoring ecosystem functioning. I develop and apply computational pipelines that integrate local field-scale observations from in situ sensors and satellite products with global gridded datasets (climate, soil, land use and related variables) and both process-based and data-driven (machine learning) models to quantify the biogeochemical dynamics of terrestrial ecosystems. I also have a keen interest in ecosystem sensing technology.
