Description
What should be the correct behaviour when selecting and copying some text with ruby in a browser or e-book reader?
Currently, browsers behave inconsistently, and we need to document the requirements before reporting this issue to browsers.

Copying 这是汉字。 gets
这是汉Hàn字zì。in Chrome. I think most people expect这是汉（Hàn）字（zì）。. If<rp>tag is designed only for compability, then we should discuss what it will yield when there is no<rp>tag. Currently there is no way to control what being copied using CSS.
